We present a recipe for a vegetable salad made from sauerkraut, sausage and feta cheese.
Thanks to sauerkraut and fresh cabbage, this salad contains a large number of vitamins that are beneficial for our body.
To prepare this vegetable salad, we will need:
Fresh cabbage – 300 g;
sauerkraut – 200 g;
2 cucumbers;
feta cheese – 150 g;
sausage – 200 g (I took smoked, you can use any);
low-fat mayonnaise;
vegetable oil – 1 tbsp;
greens – green onions, dill.

The feta cheese also needs to be cut into small cubes. Since this salad contains feta cheese, it is better not to salt it.
