Sometimes, the specific combination of products for Asian salads may seem wild and completely inedible to Europeans.

Let's look at a salad recipe whose ingredients can invigorate you no worse than coffee.
- fresh carrots – 3 pieces
- prunes – 200 grams
- raisins – 150 grams
- hard cheese – 300 grams
- garlic – 3 cloves
- boiled beetroot – 1 piece
- walnuts – 50 grams
- mayonnaise – 100 grams
- salt – to taste.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Add some mayonnaise, raisins, salt, mix and you can put the mixture on a plate as the first layer of the salad.
Chop the garlic, grate the cheese, mix thoroughly and spread the resulting mixture as a second layer.
Chop the prunes, grate the beets, chop the nuts, mix and add mayonnaise, this will be the third final layer.
The salad needs to be left to soak for at least 30 minutes; you can put it in the refrigerator during this time.
As an experiment, you can also add boiled eggs and different types of meat or fish to the salad, but it is better to serve these products separately.
