Mistake #1: Over-minced meat.

Finely ground mince is not necessary. If you overdo it with mince, the cutlets will be tough and tasteless.

Ideally, they should be fluffy, juicy, and relatively dense.

So you don't even have to grind the meat twice. If you don't want a runny porridge, don't use a blender.

Medium or coarse grinding will help make the dish rich in flavor and delicious.

Mistake #2: Pure meat and nothing else

Adding bread to cutlets is not a thing of the past.

In fact, it makes the minced meat softer and absorbs the meat juices well.

Thanks to this, the cutlets turn out juicy and delicate.

But before adding bread to the minced meat, don’t forget to soak it.

You can also use oatmeal, semolina or potatoes instead of this filler.

Mistake #3: Too Much Milk

Some housewives even use milk to soak bread.

Yes, the color of the finished cutlets will be beautiful, golden. But not everyone will like the taste of such cutlets.

This is not a strict error. Adding milk is a personal choice.

To make the cutlets fluffier, you can add a little ice or cold water to the mince. The water will evaporate and lift them.
