How to fry champignons correctly

The main mistake that almost all housewives make is putting raw mushrooms in a frying pan. You have probably noticed that in this case the frying process turns into boiling.

In fact, to prevent this from happening, the mushrooms need to be cooked until half-cooked.

To do this, boil the mushrooms for a maximum of 5 minutes. During this time, they will release excess moisture to the water and also acquire a brighter aroma.

All that remains is to throw the mushrooms into a colander and put them in a frying pan: a golden blush and an unrivaled aroma will be guaranteed for the dish.
