According to the expert, it is extremely important to use the unique “grandmother’s” technology for making cutlets.
The whole “salt” of the method lies in the correct proportions of ingredients.
So, it is important to mix 1 kilogram of minced pork, 2 medium-sized onions, 2 chicken eggs, 250 grams of a loaf or crustless bread. Oatmeal will also work.
Add a quarter cup of milk to the listed ingredients, add salt or pepper to taste. You will also need breadcrumbs.
