To enjoy the vitamins of birch sap all winter long, you will need a minimal set of products.
Take 3 liters of juice, 1 teaspoon of citric acid and 1 glass of sugar.
Strain the juice, pour it into a saucepan and add the remaining ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly and skimming off the foam.
Prepare a sterilized three-liter jar or take several smaller containers and pour the juice into them without cooling it.
Roll up the jar with a seaming key, turn it upside down and wrap it tightly in a towel. When the juice has cooled, store it in a dark place.
