So, as it was said earlier, tea should be brewed according to the recipe. Like types of coffee, green, red, white and black tea should be prepared differently.

Everyone knows the difference between cappuccino and espresso, so why doesn't anyone follow the brewing time for their tea?

Of course, everyone is used to the so-called packaged "tea". A quick and convenient way, isn't it? Except for one thing: such products are made from a lower grade of tea.

Real tea has a distinct taste and aroma. Connoisseurs can tell from just one sip where and when their tea was picked.

So how do you brew tea?

The first rule for getting the desired taste of the drink is to use purified water, as it is softer.

Filtered water not only does not contain metals harmful to the body, but also has a pleasant taste. In order for tea to open up, it is important not to mix its taste with the unpleasant echoes of tap water. Water should be boiled in an enamel pot until the first bubbles appear. Do not wait until the kettle, straining, calls you to the kitchen.

At this time, pour the required amount of tea into a teapot that has been previously doused with boiling water. It is best if it is ceramic.

Many families are accustomed to brewing tea in separate teapots and then pouring boiling water over the tea leaves.

This is a misconception that has firmly taken root in the minds of many Russians. In fact, tea should be brewed only in one large teapot, and then poured into mugs.

Universal recipe for brewing tea

For one cup, take one teaspoon of dry tea. After pouring boiling water over the tea, brew it for 5-7 minutes, depending on your taste preferences.

The longer the tea is steeped, the stronger it will be. The teapot should be tightly covered with a lid and a napkin placed under it.

This little trick will give your tea a deep aroma and taste. The napkin lets steam through but retains essential oils. All that's left is to pour the aromatic drink into cups and enjoy it slowly.

Green tea

First, let's prepare the dishes: pour steam over them. They should be clean and warm. To get a delicate taste and pleasant aroma, it is enough to take one teaspoon of tea per 100 ml of water.

Pour boiled water to 80 C into the teapot and let it brew for 1.5 minutes. Then pour into cups. The main thing is not to brew green tea for more than two minutes, it can acquire a bitter tint. Green tea does not lose its taste after four brews, but it needs to be brewed for 15 minutes.

Red tea

For one liter of water, 8-10 teaspoons of dry tea are enough. It needs to be boiled for three to five minutes, the water will turn a pleasant scarlet hue.

As is customary in hibiscus, sugar is added, since this type of tea has a pronounced sourness. Hibiscus petals, which are also part of hibiscus tea, can be eaten. They contain vitamin C, which will protect you from viral infections.

White tea

White tea contains numerous essential oils, which give it a bright and unique taste.

The recommended brewing temperature is 50 C. White tea is brewed for 3-4 minutes. One portion can be brewed no more than three times.

White tea actually has a slightly yellowish tint. When drinking tea, you may feel that the tea is tasteless. But after a while, you will feel a slight sweet taste.

Tea may have originated in China, but it is drunk much more in Russia. We drink from 2 to 6 cups of tea a day.

If you follow the brewing rules, you will not only enjoy a deeper taste and aroma, but also feel its beneficial properties. Incorrectly brewed tea will deprive you of this pleasure.
