The first culinary trick is to use the highest quality products. That is, it is best if you cook eggs from poultry or choose a product of the highest category C0.
The second secret is that the eggs are poured exclusively with cold water and must be completely covered with it.
The third secret is that as soon as the eggs boil, they are immediately turned off, and not boiled for 10 minutes, as we are used to doing. However, the product should not be placed under cold water either: the eggs should remain in boiling water for the same 10 minutes.
The fourth nuance - after 10 minutes, cool the eggs in cold water and get a yolk of a delicate creamy texture.
