"Holiday dish": julienne with mushrooms and sour cream - a proven recipe

Ingredients

To prepare julienne you will need the following:

  • champignons - 0.5 kg,
  • onion - 2 pieces,
  • garlic - 1 clove,
  • cheese – 150 gr.,
  • sour cream - 200 gr.,
  • flour - 2 tbsp. spoons,
  • salt and pepper - to taste,
  • olive oil.

Your actions

If you are ready to start cooking, then let's not waste any time:

1. Cut the champignons into thin slices, then put them in the pan together with the chopped garlic. Fry for about 10 minutes.

2. In another frying pan, fry the chopped onion until golden. Add flour and cook for a couple more minutes. Put in sour cream, pepper and salt. Cook until thick.

3. Combine the mushrooms with the sauce, then transfer them to baking dishes. Top with grated cheese.

4. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
