Ingredients

To make oatmeal pancakes you will need the following:

  • oatmeal - 1 cup,
  • eggs – 2 pieces,
  • milk – 1 glass,
  • cheese – 100 gr.,
  • vegetable oil – 2-3 tablespoons,
  • salt, spices – to taste.

Method of preparation

So, let's get started:

1. Pour warm milk over the oatmeal, then leave it alone for 5 minutes.

2. Add eggs, salt and spices to taste to the flakes. Mix well.

3. Add vegetable oil, grated cheese. Mix again.

4. Fry the oatmeal mixture in a frying pan on both sides. This will take only a few minutes.
