We give you a recipe for a banana and cottage cheese cake with a minimum amount of calories.

A simple treat helps you not only lose weight, but also do it deliciously.

A recipe for those who want to lose weight was shared by the expert of the online publication “TUT NOVOSTI”, chef Yulia Arkhipova .

For the first layer of the cake you will need:

  • 3 bananas;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 3 tbsp semolina;
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder.

To prepare the second layer you need:

  • 400 g cottage cheese;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 1 tbsp semolina;
  • 50 ml milk.

Preparation

Bananas and egg are mashed with a blender. Semolina and cocoa are added to the resulting mass. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

The first part is ready. It needs to be placed in a baking dish.

Next, beat the cottage cheese, egg, semolina and milk in a blender. The cottage cheese mass should be placed in a mold on top of the banana.

The dessert is cooked in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
