  • cauliflower - 1 head,
  • cashews – 0.5 cups,
  • nutritional yeast – 1/4 cup,
  • garlic powder – 1 teaspoon,
  • mustard powder – 0.5 tsp,
  • almond milk – 1.5 cups,
  • salt - to taste.

1. Take cashews, cover with water and leave overnight. After the specified time, pour out the water.

2. Place the cashews in a food processor. Add the powders, yeast, and milk. Beat until smooth.

3. Place the cabbage on a baking tray. Place in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of up to 200 degrees.

4. Heat the nut mixture over low heat until it reaches a thick consistency.

5. When the mixture is ready, pour it over the cabbage. Add salt to taste.
