Doctor of the consultative and diagnostic center of the Scientific and Clinical Center No. 2 of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Scientific Center of Surgery named after Academician B.V. Petrovsky Elena Yakusheva told what is useful to include in porridge .

According to her, fruits, berries and dried fruits, seeds, nuts and honey can be excellent additives, writes the publication Arguments and Facts .

Yakusheva noted that fruits and berries go well with any cereals. For oatmeal, you need to choose sweet fruits, for semolina - citrus fruits.
