Many housewives, even the most professional ones, periodically experience fish sticking to the bottom of the pan while frying.
Why does this happen? There may be several reasons.
As the cook and fourth-category baker Yulia Arkhipova explained, the fish sticks to the frying pan due to the lack of a non-stick coating, insufficient heating, or low amount of oil.
Is there a way to stop fish from sticking to the pan? This question was answered in the second part of our article.
The food will stop burning if you sprinkle some regular table salt into the hot oil at the bottom of your frying pan.
After this, you can put the fish in (there is no need to salt it with this method).
However, make sure that the salt is distributed evenly throughout your pan.
The trick is that salt removes excess moisture from the product, so it will stop burning.
