Culinary expert Yulia Arkhipova has suggested which food products are guaranteed not to harm your figure if consumed closer to night.
According to the specialist, strictly certain foods should be avoided.
So, according to Arkhipova, you shouldn't get carried away with smoked foods and heavy fatty dishes. These include pork and lamb, as well as lard, goose, sausages and frankfurters.
It is also recommended to avoid legumes, namely beans, peas, chickpeas and lentils. Such food will be difficult for the stomach to digest.
It is also better to leave simple carbohydrates (baked goods and sweets) for an earlier time, along with soda and juices.
Arkhipova pointed out: "The best dinner option would be foods containing fiber. For example, vegetable salads. You can eat some white meat or fish with them."
