Recipe

To prepare an additive to various dishes you will need:

  • garlic peel;
  • onion peel;
  • paprika;
  • chili seasoning;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Dry the garlic and onion peels thoroughly in the sun or in the oven.

Pour it into a coffee grinder or blender and grind it into powder.

Mix with the remaining ingredients, add salt and black pepper to taste. Store in a glass jar with a tight lid to prevent caking.

This seasoning is great for adding to stews, soups, and other dishes where you would normally add onions and garlic.
