Chef, fourth-class baker, and culinary expert Yulia Arkhipova shared a recipe for a truly special and piquant rice.
According to the expert, a side dish cooked in this way will amaze even natural gourmets.
First, sort out the grains as thoroughly as possible and rinse with cold water. Initially, choose a long-grain rice variety.
Then boil the water, add salt to taste. Remember that there should be much more water than rice (1:6).
Next, throw the cereal into the pan and cook it for 15 minutes. After that, strain it through a colander and rinse with cold or warm water.
Important note: the dish will be even more delicious if you add onions, pre-fried in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils.
