Delicious cake: "Medovik" without baking - a quick recipe

Want to indulge in a delicious dessert, but don't want to mess around with a sponge cake? Then prepare a light cake without baking.

"Medovik" is tasty, moist and harmonious in taste. It will turn any tea party into a real celebration.

Ingredients

To prepare the cake you will need the following list of products:

• sour cream – 400 gr.,
• cookies – 400 gr.,
• condensed milk – 200 gr.,
• butter – 200 gr.,
• honey - 2 tablespoons,
• vanilla - to taste,
• nuts – to taste.

Method of preparation

If you have laid out the necessary products on the table and put on an apron, then you can start creating a delicious cake:

1. Place sour cream, butter, condensed milk, honey and vanilla in a deep container. Put on the fire and stir, without bringing to a boil.

2. Fill the bottom of the pan with a layer of cookies. Pour the prepared mixture on top. Alternate layers until the cookies run out.

3. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. During this time it will soak and become soft.

4. Transfer the finished cake to a flat plate and cut into portions.

If desired, you can decorate the cake with nuts.
