The food itself is only half responsible for the taste of a dish; the rest depends on the skill of the person preparing it.
And in this case, it is important to have knowledge of interesting and original recipes to give ordinary products an unusual taste.
Let's look at a simple recipe for a delicious fish dish.
- fish fillet – 600 grams
- tomato paste – 300 grams
- butter – 100 grams
- gelatin – 50 grams.
The standard seasonings you will need are salt and black pepper, but you can certainly experiment and use your favorite seasonings.
Soften the butter in a separate container, add warm tomato paste, salt, black pepper, gelatin and any seasonings you deem appropriate.
Take a baking sleeve and cut it open, then put a layer of prepared sauce on it, then a layer of fish fillet.
Repeat the procedure several times and try to prevent the sauce from leaking out of the layers.
Now roll up the roll, tie it with threads and steam the roll for at least an hour. Then put the roll in a dark cool place and let it cool down.
Place the cooled roll in a separate bowl, put some weight on top of it and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove the sleeve, cut the roll and it is ready to serve. Pickled cucumbers, horseradish and other sauces and seasonings go very well with the roll.
