Ingredients

To prepare breakfast you will need a number of products:

  • cottage cheese - 250 gr.,
  • granulated sugar – 3 tablespoons,
  • semolina - 2 tbsp,
  • butter - 1 tbsp,
  • eggs – 2 pieces,
  • soda - half a teaspoon.

1. Place the cottage cheese and sugar in a deep container. Mash it all with a fork.

2. After that, add the cereal and eggs. Mix. You can add soda if desired.

3. Transfer the prepared mixture to a microwave-safe dish. Cover with a lid and place in the oven for 8 minutes at 800 W.

4. The dish is ready! You can pour condensed milk, syrup or honey over the casserole. You can also decorate the dish with fruits, berries and a mint leaf.
