The cuisines of different countries sometimes differ greatly, but some dishes deserve special attention.
It is important to decide for yourself how caloric your food should be, because tasty is not always synonymous with healthy.
But some dishes manage to balance proteins, fats and carbohydrates so well that they will take root in any country.
Let's look at a fairly simple recipe for a quick cheese snack.
- wheat flour – 1 cup
- plain yogurt – 200 milliliters
- hard cheese (choose the saltiness level yourself) – 200 grams
- cherry tomatoes – 15 pieces.
Add baking powder, black pepper, salt and other spices to your taste.
Sift the flour and mix it with salt, pepper and baking powder. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly. This ingredient is not included in the composition, but you can add olive oil.
Add yogurt to the eggs, mix and add all the dry ingredients to the resulting mass. Grate the cheese on a suitable grater and add to the mass, mix everything again.
Line muffin tins with liners or baking paper, they will generally look like cupcakes.
Leave a third of the molds for the tomatoes after filling them with dough. You can sprinkle the dish with aromatic herbs on top.
Preheat the oven to 185 degrees and bake the delicacy for no more than 20 minutes. It is up to you to decide what to combine this dish with.
Bon appetit.
