First, you need to cut off a few cabbage leaves from a fork (the amount depends on the size of the dish in which you will bake the dish).
Boil the leaves in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Remove the leaves from the boiling water and immediately rinse with cold water, says Yulia Arkhipova .
Finely chopped onions and carrots, grated on a coarse grater, are fried in vegetable oil until lightly browned.
Grind the meat with the addition of onions. I deliberately do not indicate the amount of meat and other products, because everything depends on the size of the form.
