According to the expert, it is worth using one very simple, but extremely effective trick.
You will need one unexpected ingredient, namely a piece of butter.
While the potatoes are boiling, throw some butter into the pan. If you don't have any, sunflower oil will do, in particular 2 tablespoons of it.
The film of oil fat will help the heat evaporate and, as a result, the water in the pan will boil quickly.
