A spinach-based sauce will help improve the taste of simple fish. It is prepared as follows.
Take 400 grams of spinach, 1 carrot, 1 onion, a piece of ginger (about 4 cm of root), 100 milliliters of heavy cream and 100 milliliters of apple juice. For spices, you will need curry, pepper and salt to taste.
Cut carrots into slices, onions into half rings and grated or finely chopped ginger, fry in a frying pan with a spoon of butter. After 3 minutes, sprinkle with curry, pour in apple juice.
Then add chopped spinach to the pan, salt and pepper the dish. After 10 minutes, add cream to the sauce and heat it up so that it does not curdle.
In another frying pan, roll the fish in flour and fry until golden brown.
Serve the fish with spinach sauce.
