  • milk – 1 liter,
  • semolina - 0.5 cups,

  • sugar – 1 teaspoon,
  • vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons.

1. Cut the carrots into thin slices and then place them in a saucepan with hot milk.

2. Add 1 tbsp. butter, salt and granulated sugar to the milk and carrots.

3. Cover the pan with a lid and begin to simmer over moderate heat, remembering to stir.

4. After the carrots become soft, add semolina and continue cooking on the fire for another 10 minutes.

5. Remove from heat, then add egg yolks. Stir and let cool.

6. Form cutlets from the mixture, dip them in whipped egg whites and then in breadcrumbs.

7. Fry the cutlets in a frying pan on both sides.
