According to the expert, you should add a few spoons of one simple remedy to the root vegetable in a saucepan.
Arm yourself with regular vegetable oil and pour 2-3 tablespoons of this product into the boiling beets.
Let the root vegetable boil for 30-35 minutes, then remove it from the stove and place it in cold water for 15-20 minutes to cool.
