But there are several ways to eat quickly, tasty and fillingly, so that you have enough energy for at least 4 hours.
The main thing is that the intervals between breakfast and lunch are as long as possible: then dinner will be light and will not fill the stomach.
Eggs are the most common choice for a hearty breakfast. To prepare, take 3 eggs, 100 grams of milk and grated cheese.
Lightly beat the eggs with milk and some of the grated cheese. Place the ham pieces in the pan and pour the mixture over them.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese 3 minutes before it's ready. A vegetable salad or just chopped vegetables would be ideal for this breakfast.

You need to take half a banana and mash it in a mug. Break an egg into it and pour in half a glass of oatmeal.
