The cold seasons are simply meant for while away the evenings with a cup of tea.
And if you are a true fan of this tart and aromatic drink, it’s time to set up a tea corner at home properly.
Yulia Tychino, an expert of the online publication TUT NOVOSTI on issues of interior design and interior design, will share her advice on how to do this.
Furniture for tea area
The tea area should contain the following pieces of furniture:
- a coffee table, which can be replaced with a bar counter if desired;
- comfortable armchairs or chairs, as well as a sofa;
- a place to place tea utensils (for example, some kind of shelf).
In a small room, the best option would be a table with a folding tabletop, which takes up little space.
Tableware and decor
Decor plays an important role in creating the ambience of a tea corner. To decorate the area, you can choose decorative plates, mirrors, and themed posters.
Serious demands are placed on the tableware. Few people will be pleased to drink expensive and refined tea from disparate mugs.
Therefore, to set the table for tea at home, it is better to get an elegant tea set.
