The color scheme you choose should be as relaxing as possible. The ideal option would be light-colored wallpaper. These are blue, cream, green, pastel colors.
Blue, cream and other neutral shades promote calmness. Green helps relieve stress. In addition, a light color scheme can visually increase the space.
Red, orange and bright yellow colors should be avoided because they can cause irritation, interfere with good sleep and cause a feeling of anxiety.
For small bedrooms, textured wallpaper is the ideal solution.
Wallpaper with a bright contrasting pattern should be used only in large spacious bedrooms. They should not be used for small rooms, because they visually reduce the space.
Wallpaper with a vertical pattern should be chosen for bedrooms with low ceilings because it visually makes the ceiling higher.
Wallpaper with a horizontal pattern is suitable for narrow rooms, as such a pattern visually expands the boundaries of a narrow room.
