To prevent your child from getting burned, the bathroom should have a thermostatic mixer with a temperature limiter. Also make sure that there are always rugs on the floor and that the shower and bathtub have anti-slip surfaces.
The same rule applies in the bathroom as in the rest of the house: no sharp corners. So either choose plumbing fixtures with a streamlined shape or buy special silicone pads.
